Společnost TG byla založena v roce 1987, ve velmi krátké době získala zajímavý podíl na trhu a to jak v Itálii, tak v zahraničí. Zásadní úspěch společnosti, která v té době představovala spojení vlastnictví dvou společností v oblasti topné techniky, termostaty a tlakoměry.
T & G a Fancy,  je její  schopnost nabídnout zákazníkům požadované zboží na trhu. V roce 2008 má firma obrat více něž 10 milionů euro a spoléhá se na vysokou kvalitu svých výrobků. O tři roky později se společnost stala součástí skupiny Fantini Technology Group. Společnost často vyrábí produkty, které jsou přímo na míru určeny pro různé výrobky v oblasti tepelné techniky. Nejznámější jsou teploměry a tlakoměry, dále firma nabízí i kapilárou termostaty a termostaty na potrubí.
