TACONOVA Vertical air separator 22 mm

TacoVent AirScoop R is installed in heating and solar systems. It affects the permanent air separation and venting in these systems. By installing the air separator, disturbing system noises, reduced heat generation on the heating surfaces and malfunctions in the built-in circulation pumps due to dry running are avoided. Properly vented and heating and solar systems are not subject to corrosion due to the low oxygen content in the water, which increases the service life of the system.

INSTALLATION:

TacoVent AirScoop R is adapted to the installation position. The RV version is designed for vertical (vertical) installation, the RH version for horizontal (horizontal) installation. In both versions, the marked flow direction must be observed.

FUNCTION:

Microbubbles dissolved in water adhere to the contact surfaces of the integrated I-rings and merge into larger bubbles. Larger bubbles are separated and eliminated by the attached float air vent. The I-rings are integrated in the TacoVent AirScoop R in such a way that the entire flow comes into contact with the surface of the I-rings. This principle leads to continuous and permanent air venting of water systems and thus to economical and safe operation.
