Use

Ignition transformers ZT870 are special electronic ignition transformers designed for atmospheric gas boilers with automatic flame ignition. Especially in combination with the Honeywell-Satronic automatic ignition series TFI812 and DKG 972, excellent flame ignition efficiency can be achieved.

Function description

The internal electronic circuit generates approximately 50 sparks per second. The voltage of these sparks is about 16kV. Both the secondary voltage and the spark energy are separated from the frequency of the supply voltage and the supply itself. As a decrease in the supply voltage reduces the intensity of the spark and, conversely, an increase in the intensity increases the intensity of the spark, it is recommended to keep the supply voltage level at its possible upper limit. The effect on the ionization flame sensing circuits is reduced by a very short spark interval and spark stability.
