DNK Refrigerant equipment record book

The operator must keep a "Device Record Book" for this heat pump, which contains:

• date of creation
• name, address
• type and size of the device's refrigerant charge
• date when the maintenance was performed and name, address of the performing organization
• overview of the amount of refrigerant added to the device over the last two years before the last inspection

The entry in the "Equipment Record Book" contains:

• type of activity on the device (inspection, maintenance, repairs)
• faults and alarms related to the device
• quantity and type of refrigerant added to the device
• leak detection results
• the name of the person who performed the actions
• official stamp

The operator of a facility with an inspection obligation is obliged to keep a record of the inspection at the facility's operating site for 5 years from the date of its execution, in order to be able to document it in the event of a possible inspection by the inspection authority. This obligation would be waived if a database of inspections were established by the competent authority of the Czech Republic.
